Open Week 2019

42 women played in the Stroke event on Thursday 24th October as part of Open Week. The conditions were warm early in the day but reached 34 degrees by the end of play. Well done to all lady members and visitors that persevered to complete their round. 19th hole Bistro provided a well deserved lunch. The gift packs for each player from Freshwater Creek cakes were also appreciated.

Great kangaroos and our tour guide (Eames – I’m hoping I’ve got the name right) was extremely knowledgeable and very happy to answer our many questions. Top place. Nice pub/bistro too, good collection of beers.
